While I understand that thing come up, to ensure a smooth experience for all my clients, I kindly ask for plenty of notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment scheduled will be charged 50% of scheduled service, no shows will be charged 100% of service booked as it is challenging to fill the time in short notice.
